NEXT DAY DELIVERY We always use a courier service. We do our utmost to post all orders paid for by 3pm (Mon-Fri) that day for next day delivery. Non applicable in Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Internationally (Extra costs may apply to these destinations please contact before purchasing)

Next day delivery excludes Bank Holiday and weekends. We cannot guarantee next day delivery once shipped we are at the mercy of the courier and unfortunately accidents, breakdowns although rarely occasionally happen.

Bassbox purchases boxes are made to order and we aim to manufacture within 48hrs of order and dispatch as above. While every effort to adhere to this time frame we occasionally have longer turn around times during Spring/Summer seasons and near Bank Holidays.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for as the courier company will only make two attempts before returning the goods to us re-shipment will be at customers cost (£9.99).
